Swimming and sports facilities include an adult pool with sauna and steam room, badminton, squash, boating, fitness and aerobic classes, a fantastic nine-hole golf course and state-of-the-art gym. Limited car parking is available, but the village is also just a short cab ride from Kirkham & Wesham railway station (direct trains available from Preston and Manchester).
